About Ana Grace
Ana Grace Husted is a new generation leader with real experience solving problems at both the local and state level. For the past three years, she has served as Senior Policy Advisor to Dripping Springs City Council Member Geoffrey Tahuahua, where she’s worked closely with city and regional leaders to tackle challenges related to infrastructure, growth, and government transparency.
Since 2022, Ana Grace has worked for a leading statewide trade association focused on construction and economic development. During the 88th Legislative Session in 2023, she quickly distinguished herself as a capable policy hand, earning a reputation for her grasp of complex issues and her ability to communicate them clearly. She was later promoted to Director of Advocacy and Outreach — a role in which she helps lead the organization’s government affairs strategy and serves as a voice for construction professionals across Texas.
She has also served as a campaign strategist and communications advisor, helping local candidates craft messages that resonate and build trust with their communities. Her experience managing high-stakes messaging and navigating complex policy issues has given her a front-row seat to how government works — and where it needs to work better.
Ana Grace is a graduate of Texas A&M University’s (WHOOP!) Mays Business School, where she earned a degree in Management with a focus in Pre-Law. She lives in Dripping Springs with her two rescue dogs (Frankie & June) and remains actively involved in the community she’s proud to call home.
Now, she’s ready to take that experience to City Hall — to bring a thoughtful, responsive, and solutions-oriented voice to the Dripping Springs City Council.
